Led by Richard Roberts, en:Rich was formed in 2009 following his twenty plus years of HR generalist expertise, including ten years with Virgin Mobile where he first established the HR function before moving to employee engagement and HR Director roles.
Since forming en:Rich, Richard and his team have delivered HR, Employee Engagement and Employer Branding projects for clients including OVO Energy, Active Nation, Factory Media, True Digital and Forward Internet Group - helping them earn recognition as a Sunday Times "Top 100 Best Companies to work for" three years running (2010-2013).
Passionate about helping organisations create a positive, can do, values based culture, Richard is supported at en:Rich by a trusted team of specialist HR consultants who each bring highly skilled expertise to match the nature of the project.
Our work can vary from a short term project, perhaps an engagement or HR audit, a medium term 12 month Management Development programme - to a longer partnership such as fulfilling the role of "HR Director" with a number of smaller companies on a part time retained basis.
