Interim HR

There are times when a business needs an experienced pair of HR hands on a longer term basis. It might be a critical project, a period of transformation and change or covering for a senior HR colleague. It’s usually something that requires all the capabilities of an objective external senior HR consultant - without making a permanent hire.

With en:Rich fulfilling your Interim HR needs, you’ll have the support of people who have worked in large organisations as well as the smaller, creative and tech driven start-up.

Typically we come on board at short notice, quickly integrate into your business and work as a key member of your HR or management team for a set period of time, often several days each month. For example, we are currently fulfilling the role of ‘HR Director’ with a number of smaller companies on a part time retained basis.

As well as being fully up to date with the latest HR legislation and best practice, we like to think we bring fresh ideas through experienced eyes. We’ve been doing this for some time now, with many successful assignments under our belts.
